1. Introduction

Welcome to The Zari Way. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for booking and staying at any of our curated destinations, including Bijapur Lodge, MiIn Town, Kaayal Orum, and The Blue Door.

By securing a reservation with us, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use our booking services if you do not agree to all the terms stated on this page.

2. Booking & Reservations

All requests for stays are subject to availability and formal confirmation by our arrivals team. A booking is only considered finalized once a confirmation email has been dispatched and the required deposit has been securely processed.

• A minimum deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be settled 14 days prior to your arrival date.
• Special requests regarding companionship, dietary needs, or experiential goals should be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Amendments

We understand that the nature of travel can be unpredictable. We strive to be as accommodating as possible while respecting the operational demands of our boutique locations.

• Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 14 to 29 days of arrival will forfeit the 50% deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged the full rate of the booked stay.
• Amendments to travel dates are subject to availability and may incur adjustments in standard seasonal rates.

4. Check-in and Check-out

To ensure our spaces are pristine for every guest, we observe standard timing for arrivals and departures. However, if you have selected "flexible" timelines in your booking form, our concierge will coordinate tailored arrival windows where possible.

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM local time.
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM local time.

5. Guest Conduct & Liability

The Zari Way is designed to offer silence, peace, and uninterrupted connection with nature and loved ones. We respectfully ask that all guests conduct themselves in a manner that preserves the tranquility of our lodges for everyone.

The property is not liable for the loss, damage, or theft of personal items during your stay. Guests utilize the natural surroundings, wildlife excursions, and property amenities at their own risk.
